Project Free will implement a bold, new concept for individuals with intellectual, developmental and Asperger's Syndrome disabilities who have the ability and the passion to independently live, work and play by creating Freedom Village, a state of the art safe, supportive living, learning and working enrvironment that intrinsically connects each individual to the greater community.
